Throughout this relaxing class, instructors will use Thai Massage inspired assists to deepen your yoga postures and soften muscular tension. This combined class will relieve stress, improve circulation, and balance the body and mind. Each month, Cathy and Maxine focus on a different area of the body. This calming 2 hours of self care is enhanced by the use of essential oils, reiki, and sound healing.
This gentle Yoga with Thai Massage Assists class is a relaxing treat to give yourself or another. No yoga experience is required though it can be helpful. Please dress to stay warm as your body temperature drops as you relax.
