Yoga Dance is a fusion of music, movement, yoga, community and fun. You don’t need any yoga or dance experience at all. Yoga Dance is for all bodies of all ages. This class offers a “Friday night out” with a focus on health and wellness.

There are no “right steps” to learn.

We will meet, move and then share tea and conversation in community for the last 30-40 minutes. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Dress in layers for warm up to cool down. Bring a water bottle and wear bare feet.

Shannon studied with Megha of Let Your Yoga Dance in the jungles of Nosara, Costa Rica in 2010.
