Qi Gong is rooted in Chinese medicine. Qi means energy and Gong means work or practice. Qi Gong is working with energy with the intent to create balance and harmony within the practitioner. This mindfulness technique is low/no impact. It is a combination of breathing techniques, focused intention with the mind, and gentle movements with the arms and legs.
In this Workshop you will learn:
-The basic principles of Qi Gong
-Basic posture and form while engaging with Qi
-New ways to incorporate this awareness into your daily life
Mark Brown has been studying and teaching martial arts and energy medicine over the last 28 years. Including : Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Reiki, Shamballa, Mindfulness Meditation, Reflexology and intuitive card readings. He currently offers Qi Gong classes in his home but with expanding students has sought out Tone to offer our first ever Qi Gong Session.
