Lindsay is a registered teacher with OCT. As a novice teacher she has seen what teachers are craving most: Emotional Fitness, Mental Muscle and Connection with other like-minded professionals. As a Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher she has found depth in adding these two components into her classroom teaching, transforming the experience for both herself and her students.
