Frances Brown in meditation at Tone Studio, Owen SoundBeginners Mindfulness Meditation is a 2 Part Series and it is being offered in both April and June of 2017.

Frances will help you to learn simple techniques that you can apply to your everyday life so that you can enjoy the transformative benefits of meditation.

Part I Beginners Mindfulness Meditation you will learn:

  • Posture
  • Focus on the breath
  • One pointed meditation
  • Body relaxation and touch sensation

In Part l II Beginners Mindfulness Meditation you will learn:

  • How to reduce chatter in the mind
  • Feel sensations in the body
  • To work with images in the mind

 

 

Frances is really lovely. This workshop offers a great introduction and experience of meditation basics. Discussion and sharing of experiences was encouraged and we all got plenty of individual attention. ~Stephanie
