 Qi Gong for Health and Fitness mini IntensiveThis is a Qi Gong for Health and Fitness mini Intensive! Come and learn the Wu Health And Fitness Level One Qi Gong Form with Mark Brown. Mark is a locally known and experienced teacher of this practice. Mark is providing 5 Hours of instruction and experiential learning split over two days as an offering to find the inner balance that is one’s natural state.

In this Workshop You Will Learn:

-Methods for creating a state of relaxation
-How to gather Qi
-Supportive inner healing with the distribution of Qi
-Simple forms to add to your daily self care routine

 

Qi Gong is rooted in Chinese medicine. Qi means energy and Gong means work or practice. Qi Gong is working with energy with the intent to create balance and harmony within the practitioner. This mindfulness technique is low/no impact.  It is a combination of breathing techniques, focused intention with the mind, and gentle movements with the arms and legs.

 

 

Introduction to Qi Gong

Mark Brown has been studying and teaching martial arts and energy medicine over the last 28 years. Including : Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Reiki, Shamballa, Mindfulness Meditation, Reflexology and intuitive card readings. He currently offers Qi Gong classes in his home but with expanding students has sought out Tone to offer our first ever Qi Gong Session.
