Yoga for Writers - Facebook eventYoga for Writers is designed for fiction writers, poets, bloggers, journalists, and anyone else who puts pen to paper or finger to keyboard. You will learn a series of yoga, breathing, and meditation exercises to help you:

  • relieve tension after long writing sessions
  • develop better focus for writing
  • become more aware of the world around you
  • turn off your racing mind at the end of the day

No yoga experience is needed. Wear loose-fitting clothing.
Bring your favorite notebook and writing instrument.
