A WORKSHOP FOR STRESS RELIEF, CREATIVITY, AND INSPIRATION
** This is a two-class workshop: December 5 & 12, 2015 — 1 to 3 pm **
Yoga for Writers is designed for fiction writers, poets, bloggers, journalists, and anyone else who puts pen to paper or finger to keyboard. You will learn a series of yoga, breathing, and meditation exercises to help you:
- relieve tension after long writing sessions
- develop better focus for writing
- become more aware of the world around you
- turn off your racing mind at the end of the day
No yoga experience is needed. Wear loose-fitting clothing.
Bring your favorite notebook and writing instrument.
Cost: $50 + HST (for two classes)
