Beginners Night is designed for students with little or no previous yoga experience.
These classes offer an opportunity to discover the many benefits of yoga without the stress of being the only new student or feeling expected to bend into a pretzel. Yoga for Beginners will introduce you to moving with the breath to help increase your flexibility and strength while being mindful of how to relax, calm and focus the mind.
In this class you will learn about:
- Foundational yoga poses & healthy alignment
- Beginner modifications to advanced poses
- Breathing
- Meditation
- Mantras and mudras
- Stress relief through relaxation
- Basic yoga philosophy and helpful tips
Investment:
$14 per class if registered before July 23, 2015

$17 per class (incl. HST)

If you have a 10-pass, 5-pass or monthly unlimited pass you can use it for a beginners class. Make sure to register online, by phone or by email to hold your spot.
