Yoga Dance is a fusion of music, movement, yoga, community and fun. You don’t need any yoga or dance experience at all. Yoga Dance is for all bodies of all ages. This class offers a “night out” with a focus on health and wellness.

There are no “right steps” to learn.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. Dress in layers for warm up to cool down. Bring a water bottle and wear bare feet.
