You will learn a series of gentle yoga, breathing and meditation exercises to help you:
- reduce stress from long writing sessions
- focus better while writing
- find inspiration by seeing the world more clearly
- turn off your racing mind at the end of the day
No yoga experience is needed. Wear loose-fitting clothing.
Bring your favourite notebook and writing instrument.
