Joanne Pineau returns to Tone Studio with her skill and insight into the domain of spinal health.

Designed for anyone with sciatic pain including piriformis syndrome. Sciatica is caused when there is pressure on one or more of the nerve roots in your spine. However sciatic-like symptoms can come from tight gluteal muscles, the piriformis, trigger points in the buttock and SI joint dysfunction. That’s why the same one or two stretches doesn’t work for everyone.

Gain a better understanding of what causes sciatic pain, sciatica and piriformis syndrome. Depending on the symptoms you are experiencing, learn and practice yoga exercises to ease and stop sciatic pain. This is also an excellent workshop for Yoga Teachers who want to be able to help their students to find an effective solution.

The success of this workshop has lead Joanne to publish an illustrated manual in 2014 on Amazon where it continues to sell worldwide.
