Join Joanne Pineau, our Tone Studio back care yoga teacher, to learn the principal causes of sciatic pain. In this workshop Joanne will go over the difference between Nerve Compression and Muscle Contraction with sciatic pain.
You will leave with many simple and effective ways to release, stretch and strengthen that will help to alleviate sciatic pain.
Handouts including yoga exercises will be given out.
