Throughout this relaxing class, instructors will use Thai Yoga Massage to deepen your yoga postures, and work the body’s energy lines and pressure points. This combined class will relieve tension, improve circulation, and balance the body and mind.

Thai Yoga Massage is done fully clothed, with no oils.  It is best to wear long sleeves and comfortable pants as the body will cool down when it relaxes.

Registration is required.  Maximum of 14 spots are available for this workshop.

Shannon Crow weaves her passion for Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage into this unique workshop.  She has studied Levels 1-6 through Lotus Palm in Montreal and has continued her studies with Still Light Centre out of Toronto and El Amate out of Mexico.
