Qi Gong Walking Practice

The simple act of walking can be a deeply meditative process.  This workshop will draw your awareness to multiple parts of the body, which in turn slows the breath, lowers blood pressure, and returns the mind to the present. Through this awareness and a slow methodical pace we can experience the phenomenon of ‘walking Qi’. The philosophy of the class is to mirroring the process of Walking Qi Gong to the ways and means which we walk through life. Come and take time to take a walk with Mark Brown and get creative with all the different ways one can infuse the low impact practice of Qi Gong into their daily tasks.

 

In Qi Gong Walking Practice you will:

Qi Gong Mark Brown has been studying and teaching martial arts and energy medicine over the last 28 years. Including : Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Reiki, Shamballa, Mindfulness Meditation, Reflexology and intuitive card readings. He currently offers Qi Gong classes in his home but with expanding students has sought out Tone to offer our first ever Qi Gong Session.
