The focus of this class is how to use Qi Gong as a tool for self care. The better we take care of ourselves the better we can be there for others. As practitioners (teachers of yoga, massage therapists, Reiki practitioners,) we interact with our students/clients in an energetic setting. Qi Gong can add to our own balance in our everyday lives. The same techniques apply to many care giving roles such as parenting, caring for aging parents, our friends and many more. By caring for ourselves we prevent the depletion of our energy sources and are then better able to care for others. The ripple effect in life is amazing.

Mark Brown has been studying and teaching martial arts and energy medicine over the last 28 years. Including : Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga, Reiki, Shamballa, Mindfulness Meditation, Reflexology and intuitive card readings. He currently offers Qi Gong classes in his home but with expanding students has sought out Tone to offer our first ever Qi Gong Session.
