Shannon Crow began her journey into prenatal yoga during her second pregnancy. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training just after the birth of her third child and felt the need to study prenatal yoga to serve her students.
During Shannon’s training she realized that there were so many tools that pregnant, birthing and postnatal women could draw from and so she began to teach prenatal yoga, couples birth preparation and baby and me yoga classes to share and to learn more.
Shannon has been teaching and studying prenatal yoga and feels very passionate about the benefits to women, children and society that can be learned. Many teachers have contacted Shannon to shadow classes, ask for advice and to request a workshop, so here it is – enjoy!
