Natalie Phillips shares a quick yoga video – Prenatal Yoga for Back Pain. As she says, you don’t have to be pregnant to enjoy this flow. If you do have a pregnant friend — you may want to share this with them.
Back pain is a common ailment that Natalie hears about from her prenatal yoga students and so we were thrilled when she decided to share this video on our Tone Facebook page.
Natalie has been a familiar, friendly face in Owen Sound for a long time. She is passionate about all things pregnancy, birth and babies. Natalie is an RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher) and a Certified Doula. Her and her partner, Nelson, have a daughter and (BIG NEW NEWS!) another baby on the way.
Natalie was new to yoga when she started attending classes with us at Tone Studio. She fell in love with how yoga helped her and she decided to take the MamaNurture Prenatal Yoga teacher training so that she could share this with other women in the community.
Natalie has a beautiful way of guiding a yoga class. She likes to focus on a gentle yoga practice that is nurturing and rejuvenating for soon-to-be mothers. She also leads postnatal yoga classes, blessingway ceremonies and Baby & Me yoga.
