$40 for 1 session (4 classes)

30% OFF on second session

$68 for 2 sessions (8 classes)

$12 for 1 class

Minimum of 5 registrants needed for both sessions.

Prenatal yoga is ideal for all stages of pregnancy. Postnatal yoga is an excellent way to transition back to your own yoga practice with baby nearby.  Babies are welcome to pre/postnatal yoga, but this is not a Baby and Me Class so we focus more on our own yoga practice.

No previous yoga experience is required.

Prenatal yoga classes emphasize:

  • increasing body and breath awareness
  • vocal toning to assist with pregnancy and childbirth
  • bonding time with your baby
  • gentle and safe movements
  • relaxation and meditation techniques
  • stretches to strengthen and open your body
  • sharing in the challenges and transformations of pregnancy
  • partner yoga poses and massage techniques.
Postnatal yoga classes emphasize:
  • connection to breath and body post birth
  • gentle and safe movements
  • relaxation and meditation
  • stretches and strengthening poses
  • connection to your prenatal community
