Pilates improves mental and physical well-being, increases flexibility, and strengthens muscles through controlled movements done as mat exercises or with equipment to tone and strengthen the body.

This workshop is led by Jean Rennie who has been working in the fitness industry for 12 years. Jean holds a  full certification from Stott Pilates as well as Can-Fit-Pro, Zumba and Fitness Kickbox Canada.
