Partner Yoga with Maxine Iharosy and Eric Cunliffe
No experience or partner is needed.
In this unique and fun workshop for all levels, we will move through sequences of partner-assisted poses. During class, you and your partner will rely upon each other’s support to improve alignment, balance, and concentration.
A big part of partner yoga is learning how to listen and hold space for eachother through body language and communication. This is an excellent bonding exercise for friends, family, or partners. No prior yoga experience is required, only a willingness to play.
Come wearing comfortable clothing, be prepared to laugh, and go home feeling the positive ripples that come from giving and receiving.
