Noon Hour Yoga Tone Studio

Maxine will be leading a noon hour practice (begins at 12:15 pm to accommodate those who need to walk or drive from work).

Midday and midweek, this class is intended to provide you some breathing room-
in whatever way you need it.

This class is considered All Levels. This means Maxine will be catering the the physicality of the majority that attend. She encourages each participant always to move at a pace that suits their needs the most.

The Physical Focus of the Class:

  • Joint Hydration
  • Shoulder and Neck Stretching
  • Upper Back / Posture Awareness and Opening
  • Leg Stretches for Refreshed Circulation

Other Focuses:

  • Quiet Atmosphere to Soften the Nervous System
  • Low Impact Movement / Low Stimulation
  • 8 – 10 Minute Relaxation

Maxine will be at the studio half hour prior, and half hour after that class finishes. There are washrooms to change though no showers. You are welcome to come early and find some quiet time, or stay a little longer after practice if you do not need to rush back to work.
