For the month of May – Nia is FREE!
Fridays 9:30-10:30 am
May 17, 24 & 31, 2013
Nia is a dance technique that combines 52 movements and applies yoga and other healing techniques, martial arts, and dance. Nia is suitable for all ages, genders, and fitness and skill levels.
Wear comfy clothing and bring a water bottle and a mat or blanket to lie on during the final relaxation time. As with yoga and martial arts, we dance in bare feet, or use footwear that has good traction while allowing your feet to move flexibly. For more info about Nia Technique, visit NiaGreyBruce.com.
Join Lishui Springford for an hour of learning how to be an amazing dancer! Lishui’s Nia dance routine “Feeling Good” will show you the secret of how to dance with grace, strength, joy …and flavour!
