Hibernation Yoga is a nurturing and gentle class that will help you to deal with the colder and shorter days leading up to Winter Solstice (December 21st). This class is inspired by my own struggle with the shorter days and my desire to hibernate more instead of joining in on all of the excitement happening around the holiday season.
Hibernation yoga offers you a chance to really nurture yourself in a quiet and restorative way. Together we will embrace the darkness as a way to focus our attention inward. Hands-on assists will be offered in each class of this session and as always I will have consent cards available, so you can choose to have hands-on assists or not.
Nourish and nurture body, mind and spirit with:

Cost: $36 + HST for 3 class session
Payments can be made at the studio with cash or cheque or online.
