In a safe and nurturing atmosphere, this series of four classes will explore how the practice of yoga can be an effective tool for dealing with anxiety and/or depression.  Through breath, gentle movement and meditation, it is possible to calm the mind and balance the emotions, making it easier to manage stressful situations and lead a happy, peaceful life.

Class size is limited to six students.

Stephanie was an on and off student of yoga for most of her life before becoming a certified Yoga teacher in 2011.

Having reached a crisis point after many years of struggling with her own anxiety and depression, Stephanie was encouraged to take a 200-hour Interdisciplinary Yoga Teacher Training, and her life was transformed!

Being committed to a regular yoga practice is the most important and effective way that she has found to manage not only anxiety and depression, but  LIFE itself.

With this series of classes, Stephanie hopes to provide a means for others to find serenity and joy.
