Join Natalie, Tone’s Prenatal Yoga Teacher, for a calming flow geared towards the female body. The focus of this class is empowerment, and embracing the strength Mothers carry throughout their day to day lives.
No prior Yoga experience is necessary to indulge in this class. Natalie will guide mothers into a state of relaxed resilience using tools such as:
- -Breath
- -Movement
- -Meditations
This is a wonderful opportunity to nurture yourself, feel empowered, and meet some new people within our community.
You may attend one class or both (for February and March).
Investment: $18+ HST per Class or
$32+ HST for both.
Is this class for pregnant women as well?
Hi Heather, yes this event is designed for the pregnant body! All pregnant women are very welcome! I have decided to open it up to all women to allow others who would like a gentle evening to join us as well.
