All Levels Early Morning Yoga- SunAll Levels Early Morning Yoga is perfect for the beginner to advanced yoga student and will be formulated to suit the individual needs of each person attending. We focus on gradual building of each pose in this class to find what suits your body on this day. Ease the body into wakefulness through mindful contemplation of breath, movement, and mediation.

No prior experience is necessary. Wear comfortable, layered clothing. Shawn will provide modifications to suit All Levels.

Shawn Radcliffe

Yoga has been a part of Shawn’s life since university. His yoga practice, though, has changed a lot since then. Over the years, he has learned to practice yoga on his own, do downward-facing dog with a cat on his back, and strike a balance between vigorous and more laid-back yoga.

Shawn completed his 200-hour and additional yoga teacher trainings in Portland, Oregon. He continues to study online with Chase Bossart, one of his teachers from San Francisco.

In his yoga classes, Shawn encourages students to move at their own pace and find their own personal yoga practice. Whether it is a beginner, advanced or restorative class, Shawn shapes his teaching to fit the needs of the students.
