Yoga for Beginners is suitable for those who have never done yoga. There is focus on breathing, stretching, yoga postures, meditation, relaxation and tips to help you in any yoga class going forward. This class is also good for anyone wanting a gentle yoga practice and to relearn the basics.
Each month is taught by a different teacher. If you choose to participate in all three months you are provided with an array of teaching styles, inspirations and explanations to aid in discovering what path is right for you! Registration is also available for one month at a time.
Handouts will be provided along with the class to give participants something to take home and work from on their own time.
