Come out and join Yoga Teacher Amanda Eriksen of Rising Crow Yoga for a collective practice, donating our time, funds, and intention towards the Grey Bruce Alzheimer’s Society.

This two hour class will focus on using the foundations found in yoga (mindful movement, breath practices and meditation) to improve memory and brain function. No yoga experience is required. Mats and props can be provided.
