This workshop provides an introduction to Ayurveda and practical information about applying it in your life and yoga practice.
In this workshop you will get to:
- explore your individual dosha (constitution)
- learn what foods and lifestyle practices best support you
- learn how to harmonize with the energies of Spring
- experience a yoga practice designed to bring balance at this time of year
Bring a notebook if desired. Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Stephanie will provide handouts and we have mats and props available if you need them.
