Tone is offering an Educational Series of dynamic classes to promote healing and wellness from the inside out. With collaborative effort between part lecture, and part in-body experience, participants will be given many different ways to digest the material and apply it to their own life. These classes can be purchased one at a time, or all 3 together.
This series is perfect for the student who is craving to deepen their practice. These workshops, either altogether or on their own, make a great addition to any teacher’s tool bag as well.

Feb 19th:
Yoga & Pelvic Floor Health with Deepha.
At the center of our body rests the Pelvic Floor. And it has a lot of work to do! Providing an overview of the Pelvic floor, and symptoms that correspond with a weak or over tense pelvic system, Deepha will inform and inspire you to pay more attention to what’s going on ‘down there’. In this workshop you will combine Yoga Postures with study to improve your awareness of the pelvic floor.
Investment: $30 + HST for each individual workshop
March 4th:
Yoga & Expressive Arts with Lindsay.
Another part of our ‘unseen’ selves that can directly affect the rest of our body, hearts, and minds: Our Creativity. Lindsay Hobbs gets curious with us as we explore the realm of creative expression, and how it all ties into Yogic Philosophy. Is your inner child knocking at your door wanting to be heard? It may be time to tap into your imagination to free yourself and find your center.
