Whatever sport you play, yoga can boost your performance. Even just 10 minutes of yoga each day can improve your form, efficiency and power.
In these three Yoga for Athletes classes, you will learn many yoga poses that can help you gain flexibility, balance and whole-body strength. In addition, by paying attention to your breathing and movement as you practice yoga, you can develop better mental focus.
You can sign up for one or all three classes. Each class will emphasize different aspects of yoga, including:
- warm-up and cool-down routines for your workouts
- simple poses to increase range of motion and flexibility throughout your body
- ground and core stabilizing exercises
- different types of yoga to fit each phase of your training
No yoga experience is needed. Wear loose-fitting clothing.
Payment can be made at the studio with cash or cheque or online withe the buy now buttons below. Both require that you register online or email us to hold your spot.
Investment: $13 + HST per class
or $35 + HST for all three classes.
To reserve your spot, register by the Thursday before each class.
Minimum registrants required to run these sessions is 3.
