Frances will help you to learn simple techniques that you can apply to your everyday life so that you can enjoy the transformative benefits of meditation.
In Level I Mindfulness Meditation you will learn:
- Posture
- Focus on the breath
- One pointed meditation
- Body relaxation and touch sensation
Frances is really lovely. This workshop offers a great introduction and experience of meditation basics. Discussion and sharing of experiences was encouraged and we all got plenty of individual attention. ~Stephanie

Hi Susan, I will be starting up classes again the last 2 Sundays in March 2016. There will be no other workshops in the late fall or early winter this year. Thanks for your question.
Is this course on both Sundays or can I choose one or other to participate?
Greetings Lee, thank you for your inquiry. Frances has designed these so there are two options to choose from to accommodate busy schedules. As it is now there are currently 4 registrants for Mindfulness Meditation Level 1 on October 23rd, but no registrants on the 30th.
