Giving an Outstanding Massage: Exploring the Power of Touch

Schedule online now

Touch is our first primal sense and it comes straight from the heart. Our world is shaped for life by those first days and months when we touch our mother’s skin and are touched by the people we love. When we connect with our partners and our community through touch the level of communication, sharing and unity is beyond words, time and space.

Join Shai and learn the profound universal art of compassionate touch as you have never felt it before.

We will explore a range of touch techniques and customized stretches that can be used to massage anyone and help to trigger profound relaxation and relieve stress.

You will develop sensitivity and skills to customize a massage for all types of bodies in a safe and effective way that is incredibly beneficial for both the receiver and the person giving.

Use the skills learned here to massage friends and family or sign up for the rest of Thai Yoga Massage 1: Yoga Therapy for Everyone and turn these skills into an outstanding 90 minute massage from head to toe.

I first heard about Thai Yoga Massage from a couple of my clients. Of all the Massages they’ve ever had, Thai Yoga Massage was the most profound – An ‘OUT OF BODY’ experience they said. After pondering that for a couple years I took the plunge and got my first Thai Yoga Massage followed closely by my first 5 day training course at Still Light Centre. I am still having an ‘Out of Body’ experience! The intelligent nature of this treatment is quite profound and I am now able to serve my clients in an enormously improved and comprehensive manner. I highly recommend experiencing and learning Thai Yoga Massage – And Still Light Centre is a great place to do it. Their knowledge of Thai Yoga Massage and their ability to teach it is exceptional.

He brings a passionate and patient approach to his teaching, confident that anyone can excel at giving Thai Yoga Massage. He is co-founder of the Still Light Centre based in Toronto Ontario.
