We are very excited that Joanne has decided to make this class that was a registered series into a weekly regular class for 2013.
Spinal health is so important; if you have back pain right now or if you would like to relax and stretch to avoid back pain, then this is the class for you.
No yoga experience is required as Joanne is a teacher that guides all students into slow, relaxing movements. You will feel great after a class with her!
Improve the health of your spine and alleviate back pain, mild scoliosis and sciatica with gentle movements, strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques.
About Joanne
Joanne has been teaching yoga since 1998 and has trained in many different styles of yoga with several different teachers including Robin Rothenberg who developed a clinically proven yoga program for low back pain.
Joanne has studied with Nischala Joy-Devi to receive her certification as a Yoga of the Heart® Cancer & Cardiac Therapist. She has a patient and caring approach and can work with every ability & every body type, adjusting & giving suggestions as needed so that everyone benefits.
