What is it?
30 days in a row of yoga – including anything from 30 seconds at home to a full class at the studio.
Who is participating?
Anyone can join us – no matter where you live or what your practice is like. We will be posting videos and inspirations daily and we encourage you to share your progress and cheer for your fellow participant yogis!
When does it begin?
You decide your start date. The studio will be focused on this for the entire month of January.
What if I miss a day?
Even just 30 seconds of breathing through 1 pose counts as a daily practice, so try your best and if you miss a day then you just carry on.
Where are classes?
We encourage you to find a yoga class at a studio (such as Tone Yoga) when you can, but when you cannot then you can do your own practice or follow an online yoga class.
