Brenda Dowell is an amazing yoga teacher and person. Recently she was in Owen Sound teaching a 50-hour Advanced Asana course that Maxine, Shannon, Stephanie and Moira attended and many of the poses from that course are in this calendar.
The photos are done by Dianne Brandon Photography. They are taken near Bayfield, Ontario.
The quotes are done by Tamika Schilbe of DevaTree.
