3:00 – 4:30 pm

We invite you to Restorative Yoga with Amanda Eriksen of Rising Crow Yoga. This is a practice of letting go  while being supported. Over the course of 90 minutes you will be guided through very simple postures with the body supported entirely by pillows, blocks, bolsters, and chairs, to promote a sense of ease and well being.

Restorative Yoga releases deeply held tension within joints and muscle by entering into states of relaxation while the body is supported in various positions that facilitate opening, expansion, and peace. To discover a little more about what Restorative Yoga is, click here to see an article written by another Restorative teacher Tracy Young who talks about the differences between Yin and Restorative.

No previous Yoga experience is required.  Dress in layers as the body will cool while relaxing.
There is a maximum of 10 spaces available.

Amanda has been in love with yoga for many years and fell in love with Tone Yoga Studio first as a student. Being in the space which is so full of good intention with such wonderful teachers inspired her to further her studies and become a Yoga Teacher herself, with a love for prenatal and postnatal Yoga. Amanda brings a sense of play to her yoga classes. Whether it is playing with baby or playing with your asanas, Amanda creates a safe place to explore, relax and have fun with yoga. Amanda is also founder of Rising Crow Yoga.
