Restorative Yoga

We invite you to Restorative Yoga with Beth Rutty. This is a practice of letting go  while being supported. Over the course of 2 hours you will be guided through very simple postures with the body supported entirely by pillows, blocks, bolsters, and chairs, to promote a sense of ease and well being.

Restorative Yoga releases deeply held tension within joints and muscle by entering into states of relaxation while the body is supported in various positions that facilitate opening, expansion, and peace. To discover a little more about what Restorative Yoga is, click here to see an article written by another Restorative teacher Tracy Young who talks about the differences between Yin and Restorative.

No previous Yoga experience is required.  Dress in layers as the body will cool while relaxing. There is a maximum of 15 available. Space if limited so register early.

Investment: $20
